Who is the treatment suited for?
Please note that the Internet-based treatment described on this website is conducted in Swedish and only available to people registered and living in Sweden.
We accept patients from the whole country (Sweden). The important thing is that the treatment works for you.
In order to take part in the treatment program you need to:
- be registered and living in Sweden
- be able to come to Stockholm for an assessment
- be a suitable participant for the program
- be at least 16 years of age
- have an account on 1177 Vårdguidens e-tjänster
- have daily access to a computer and the Internet
- have time to work actively with the treatment program over 10-12 weeks, which means being able to:
- read 10-20 pages of text per week
- carry out practical exercises in your everyday life, which can take a number of hours to do each week
The Internet-based treatment is not suitable for those:
- with a high suicide risk
- with reading and writing difficulties
- with difficulties understanding the Swedish language
- who are going to be abroad for more than 2 weeks during the 12 weeks of treatment
- with a bipolar disorder
